WMR confusion – No Status Bar anymore ?

Asked by: vpalmer 1155 views YA Discussion

I just checked WMR after not checking for a few days …. you know how there’s that bar at the top with three “categories” – Refund Received, Refund Approved, & the other one about a DD day / when the money will get there sorry I don’t remember the technical name for it! Ok well that bar isn’t there anymore. The message states – “Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available”. ….. this may sound retorical but what does that mean? A date will be provided when available – my 1st reaction to that is oh man the run around I may never get my return. Any & all insight / answers are greatly appreciated :).
I filed my taxes with my hubby (married filing jointly) on 2/8/2013. Up until the last time I checked it (when the status bar was still at the top) a few days ago it was still at “refund received” and it was being processed. I haven’t gotten any mail from the IRS saying anything weird was going on. I also called the tax person at Liberty Tax (where I got my taxes done) and she said everything went through fine on their end, no problems.
Please help me figure this out ;(

i had got the same message then a few days later they gave me an DD date and thats what the message is trying to tell you that your refund is being process and you will be given a dd date with available = when the next open dd date is available you will be given one…… you should receive a dd date very soon give it 2 or 3 more days i received my dd date last week thursday for the 26th which is less than a week away and when tiy are given that date it will show the orange bars again and it will say “approved”
