I filed electronically on January 18 and I am still getting the same thing your tax return is being processed and you should receive it by February 7. My friend and brother went the same day and my friends is being direct deposit on Feb 6th but me and my brothers is still processing. I dont owe any taxes so what could this be?

Im pretty much in the same boat. I filed my taxes on the 20th of January and am getting a DD date of 2-6. There are a lot of different variables that take into effect. It may be taking longer if you are claiming a dependent, have a new address, bank account info, etc. Also, everyone who filed before the 26th of Jan. will have to wait an extra week to get our returns. The IRS system jammed and caused a delay. I would continue to check back on the irs.gov site under wheres my refund. The dates change every couple of days.

I filed my taxes on January 12 2013 up to now i check online and it still says…
“Your tax return is still being processed”
“A refund date will be provided when available”
Do you guys know what this might mean? Or how much longer it’ll maybe take.

That is what mines is saying. I’m scared it was giving me my estimated refund amount. But now it doesn’t have that.

I filed on January 18, 2012 and as of October 24, 2012 , I’m still looking for it. I keep getting the run around that they are reviewing it……..This stinks. It will be 2013 tax time and they said I cannot file for 2013 til 2012 is resolved…………They all are crooks in my opinion……….Sharon l
