Why does it say my return is still processing and my expected refund date is the 14th and it is now the 15th?

When I put in my husbans SS number it says this We have received your tax return and it is being processed. Your expected refund date has been changed due to processing delays. You should receive your refund by February 14, 2012. Please wait until that date to contact us again because we cannot take any action until then. Thank you for your patience.
If I put in my SS and info it says that my expected date is the 21st
My question is why is it saying the 14th on his and the 21st on mine?? we filed married and joint. Why does it say the 14th and today is the 15th and it still says 15th.. I cant find a number to save my life to get ahold of a real person from the irs.. all i can find is numbers for automated voices… What does processing delays mean? Does that mean they found an error in my return or does it mean they are just behind??
