When you’re under REVIEW, how long does it typically take to receive the letter?

Any help is appreciated.
I filed my Federal income taxes on 1/19/13. I received an email stating my return was acknowledged by the IRS from Jackson Hewitt on 1/26/13. Two days ago, a J.H. Rep contacted me by phone and said my return was accepted and approved. TODAY, my WMR update says TAKE ACTION, that they will be sending me a paper for review. To comply withing 30 days of receiving the letter.
Forms filed: FORM 1040, SCHEDULE C, SCHEDULE EIC, SCHEDULE SE, SCHEDULE 8812, FORM 8867
