If you’re expecting a refund I would think yes. I think being accepted means everything is correct on your return.

Only if everything is correct and you deserve one.

The IRS “accepting” your return means that the IRS has been able to load your electronic tax return into their computer system. It does not mean that the return has been processed.
If there is no problem with your return, you can except a refund in 21 days.
Please do not call the IRS until it has been 16 weeks, that is when you know there was a problem wiht your return.

If the return is done correctly and incorporates all the law changes created by the ATRA of 2013 as processed by the IRS; and, if the math deliniates a refund, then yes; possibly.
