WILL really be a long line and high stacks of 1040 income tax returns RIGHT.
They are supposed to start what is called HUB testing of the new updated computer systems with some limited numbers of income tax return transmitters today Wednesday January 23 2013 BUT not for the actual public yet. ONLY for testing out the system before the actual start date of January 30 2013 for the efiled online 1040 individual income tax returns.
    From TaxWise CCHS program.
We are accepting 1040 e-files in the Electronic Filing Center now. We will not allow you to send state e-files until we complete our first round of early testing with the IRS.
We will hold the federal 1040 e-files at the EFC until our allotted time to send them to the IRS on Wednesday, January 23rd. Once the IRS gives us the “OK to send”, we will be allowed to transmit up to 18,000 federal 1040 e-files on Wednesday.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 01/23/2013
