I think you meant, for 2012. That is the year for which we are now filing taxes. You can’t file for 2013 until next January.
If you have your all your W-2 forms and your interest statements, etc., you can file any time.

As soon as you get all your w-2s back and by law your employer has to get them to you by the 31 of January this also goes for unemployment benefit’s and any bank statement’s like dividends earnings and so on for 1040-A
so if you file 1040-EZ as soon as u get them you can send it in
