what does DD mean on w2 in box 12?

I have an amount of almost $ 16000 in box 12 listed as DD. What is this and will it effect my refund

    That is the amount of health insurance costs provided to you from your employer.

    DD means employer-sponsored medical plan. The benefit amount is currently not taxable. This code is explained on the reverse side of your W-2.

    That amount implies you have a wife and one or more children.
