Immediately have it audited and see what he/she did wrong. Then raise hell about it. You may have to file again, but with the changes.

You talk to them like an adult and if necessary do an amendment. You are responsible for what is on it and should have looked at it first.

take it back to them and demand they do it right
show them the ‘wrong’ return, and demand refund of the fee and go to someone else
