Tax Refund Message Question?

I filed my returned and was accepted on the 14th. The next day I checked the wheres my refund page and it said they had recieved my refund and it had a bar at the top with three parts one was for recieved, accepted and refund sent. When I went online to check today it had a totally different message there saying this: Also I e-filed my return. I didnt mail it in.
We cannot provide any information about your refund.
Please allow at least 4 weeks from the date you mailed your return to get information about your refund.

If you have questions or need additional information, please have the following on hand when you call:
A copy of this page.
A copy of your tax return.
The Social Security Number, Filing Status, and refund amount claimed on your return.
The date you mailed your return.

Anyone know why this is there now? Thanks any information would be appreciated.

    I am having the same issue except I filed on 2/1 and have NEVER seen a bar, nor been able to log into WMR.I recieve the same exact message that you do when i call the hotline as well.

    I am in the same boat…WMR says please wait 24 hours after receiving Return, then it will says wait at least 4 weeks…Usually if you can order a transcript from this year it means that it has been processed. As of today, I still can not order it.

    MY INFORMATION IS SAYING THE SAME THING. MY PREPARER SAID THAT ACCORDING TO HER PAPERWORK, I HAVE ALREADY RECEIBED MY REFUND.
    I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AT THE IRS OFFICE AND SHE SAID THAT IT WAS AN IN HOUSE ERROR. SO SHE SAID ALLOW ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO.
