My 2012 fed tax refund was accepted 1-25-13. When should I expect it? What about having fees deducted?

Since I chose to have fees taken out of refund will it slow down how soon it will get here? It is set up for automatic deposit.

The IRS says that 90% of filers can expect refunds within 21 days. Some people say that 21-day clock starts on January 30, regardless if your return was accepted earlier. Good luck!

Well, the answer to your question is yes, it will delay the refund, slightly. So slightly you may not even realize it. I beleive the IRS pays SantaBarbara Bank (or whatever one you owe the money to) then they bank sends a direct deposit to your bank. It transpires rather quickly so if there is a delay I would not think it would be more than a day or two.

OH… and NOBODY has received refunds yet.. especially those that get on here and say they HAVE.. who in the heck would get a refund, then go do a websearch to see when we will get one.. DUH
