My husbands is still sitting on:

“We have received your tax return and it is being processed.
You should get your refund within 21 days from the date we received your tax return.

Please check here or use our free mobile app, IRS2Go, to check on your refund status.
Please read the following information related to your tax situation:
Tax Topic 152, Refund Information” – My husbands status has NOT changed at all since we have filled

I also filed my mom’s and her’s went to”Your taxes return is still begin processed a refund date will be provided when available” for about a week and also had a ddd of the 13th (same as mine) then on the 13th her’s changed to “Your refund has been applied to a past due obligation such as child support, another federal agency debt, or state income tax. The Financial Management Service, who issues IRS refunds, will send you a notice informing you of the reduction. ”

“I” order a transcript two days before i got my ddd a refund transcript for 2012 so it does mean it has been processed. But i have NOT been able to order one for my husband he tried calling today but they wouldn’t give him any info they told him to call back Thursday.

For those who have not go a update as of yet i’d wait until the weekend for an update. I’ve heard that if there is a problem of any sort it will update with error code. GOOD LUCK :–)
Since 2/2/13 i did both of our’s the same day and were accepted the same day. I got a ddd of the 13th and have gotten mine he on the other hand hasn’t.
