It is not public record, but the court will order him to release all finacial records.

Only publkic serviants salary are public record.

Your lawyer can legally obtain that information. The court will demand it if you are awarded support. He also has to reveal all his assets — even those he didn’t tell you about. He can be held in contempt of court if he fails to produce everything they ask for even if it is not in the public records.

NO not available as a public record this would be private confidential information and it might be possible for your lawyer to get the judge to order the information to be made available to him for this purpose but NOT for every one to see and know the amounts.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 07/28/2011

It would only be a matter of public record what his wages might be if he were an elected official or a public sector employee, including military personnel. The wage scales are a matter of public record, but his individual pay is NOT.

Your attorney should subpoena copies of his tax transcripts and other proof of income. Unless he can show cause as to why the court should not allow the subpoena to go forward, you’ll have your proof fairly quickly.
