    It means your refund looked too large to the IRS and they want to verify your income, your withholding, your deductions, your credits and/or your dependents.

    dont get to scared about being under review so many returns this year are going under review if you claimed anything different on this years return they may be looking into that.

    I m going thru the same thing…. I made 197,000 in 2011 they took 52,000 of it and I did not claim any dependents nor any tax credits and my return was accepted a credit was issued but it was pulled for additional review…. WTF
