In 2006 a female went to court for dna test child support man never showed up believe she is playing games?

   How is asking for man to take a legal paternity test playing a game? If someone fathers a child they need to take financial responsibility for the child. The law allows a person to establish paternity by asking for a DNA sample. If the suspected Father does not believe the child is his show up give a sample and the tests are reliable. If a person does not show up then they waive the right to have the test they Default as a matter of law.
   A default means whether the child is his or not he pays, so after he screwed her she screws him seems fair?

   the man was a fool in a big way……………..ALL he had to do was turn up on the several times they would have let him reschedule and then take the test……………

   How that equates to her playing games I have no clue but this guy, even if NOT biologically the father he has been deemed to be the father by the courts so he will be paying for the rest of his life, his tax returns are just the money they can get hold of from him, all the rest is adding up in arrears. At some point they WILL track him down and then starts the deductions from his pay check before he even gets it…………..

   From the little you have said the ONLY one playing games is him and trust me he lost…………

   He should have went and challenged paternity. Now it is too late in 47 states, and in these states where he can still file a challenge, he must first be current in the child support, the arrears of which is also growing yearly with interest penalties of up to 20%.
