I have a small judgement against me will they withold from my federal or state ? Or if any ? Its through a small town court?

    Most likely niether. They could actually withhold from either one, however, the small town courts usually don’t communicate this kind of information to the IRS.

    So, if you do get your entire, it might be a good idea to pay the judgement to get it behind you.
