IF and when you are due a REFUND nothing will happen and when you do not fill out and file your 1040 income tax return for the 2011 tax year correctly and completely to claim the REFUND amount during the 2012 tax filing season for the 2011 tax year.
And then you fail to file and claim the REFUND amount until 3 years later around April 15 2015 that amount of a REFUND that you might have been able to qualify and receive will be lost to you and gone and will NO longer be available for you to file for and get back as a REFUND amount at all.
Get it done NOW asap for this time in your life.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 04/24/2012

If you don’t owe anything, there’s no penalty for filing late, and as long as you file within 3 years, you still get your refund.

If you don’t file, you don’t get any refund you have coming.
