You may live in Virginia, but there are no “Virginia federal taxes” :)

On Federal taxes, it depends on what you put on your W-4 form when you agreed to be a W-2 employee. There are also Medicare/Medicade and Social Security ‘contributions’ that may as well be taxes, but aren’t. And there are any state taxes you may find. Overall, I would guess you will take home about $ 100 out of $ 130 or so, unless something I don’t understand is happening

you can file your W-4 as exempt and no income taxes will be withheld for either Federal or state
your non taxable income is $ 5800 for 2011

“Virginia federal taxes” doesn’t make sense. Virginia is a state.
Although I lived in Virginia for a while some time ago, I wasn’t subject to Virginia state taxes (if they have any — some states do not have an income tax). I suggest you google virginia income tax to find out if they have one. regardless, you’ll be subject to federal taxes. see irs.gov for the income tax and http://www.ssa.gov/oact/progdata/taxRates.html for social security and medical tax.
