how much tax is taken out on a winning scratch off ticket of $2000?

i recently won 2000 dollars on a scratch off ticket…..do i get taxes taken off on it? and if so how much?
i live in texas

    Lottery wins of $ 600 or more are subject to federal income tax withholding at 25%. The actual tax will depend upon your total income for the year, so the 25% may be just right, too much, or not enough.

    a $ 2000 ticket, probably nothing
    there is no state income tax in Texas
