    $ 0

    The refundable credits in the tax code related to children require that you have earned income.

    OK does not have any refundable credits for children. Even if it did, with $ 0 income you’d get $ 0.

    If your gross income is $ 0 there’s no need to file either federal or state returns, and no benefit to be had from doing so.

    if you have no earned income the only allowance you have is the $ 3700 personal exemption which is NOT a refund
    if you have an income tax liability you may have $ 1000 child tax credit, also is NOT a refund.
    Okla has a personal allowance more than likely but I doubt very much they have anything like the child tax credit and EIC for the state
