I have a 1month old child. And a 21 month old child. How much would I get refund or credit. Please be specific.

You get nothing simply for having the kids. If you also worked, then you get something for working and having the kids. It is not a fixed amount. It depends on how much you made by working.

No way to say without a lot more information. The tax benefits of claiming a child can vary from $ 0 to several thousand dollars.
Need to know your marital status, filing status, earned and unearned income, etc. to even start to estimate the tax benefit.
