First of all nothing will be sent out Intill January 30th ” Wendsday”. You can file you taxes but they will not be sent out till the 30th. After the 30th It can take anywhere from a few days to late February. Most likely the Majority are going to receive their refund on February 20th – 26th.

The IRS is supposed to start the acceptance process of the online efiled 1040 income tax return into the MEF system on January 30 2013 and then they should start the processing of them and if you return does get ACCEPTED at that time with out any problem you should receieve the notice from the IRS at that time in your life JUST make sure that you do make a copy so that you can read every word very slowly and carefully at that time to make sure that you do understand the message they did send to you at that time in your life. Any time after the January 30 start date by the IRS for this purpose.
Last tax year when things started going smoothy within hours the ERO would receive the acknowledment back a few hour after the efiled 1040 was transmitted to the correct IRS address during the 2012 tax filing season for that time and purpose.
Hope that you find the above enclosed information useful. 01/27/2013
