Filed injured spouse and I was suppose to get refund the 22nd of feb now I have a DD of feb 28th will I get it?

   Injured Spouse forms can take up to 14 weeks to process.

   If you filed Form 8379 with your return total processing time runs 11 to 14 weeks on average. You will not receive you refund on 2/28 and may not receive it by direct deposit at all.

   Feb 22/28 was the estimate without the injured spouse form.

   Likely to be 3-4 months or possibly more.

     i file every year injured spouse 6 weeks you will have a check no longer no shorter 6 weeks dont belive these ppl 3 to 4 months lol amazing how ppl know everything and have no idea how long it takes they tell you 12 for worst possible returns i get mine every year in 6 weeks
