Injured Spouse forms can take up to 14 weeks to process.

If you filed Form 8379 with your return total processing time runs 11 to 14 weeks on average. You will not receive you refund on 2/28 and may not receive it by direct deposit at all.

Feb 22/28 was the estimate without the injured spouse form.

Likely to be 3-4 months or possibly more.

I filed injured spouse with my 1040 on Feb13, 2013. It is now May 7th and I still have not recieved my portion of our refund. I check the where’s my refund web site daily but it still says my refund is being processed. I chose the option for direct deposit when I filed hoping for a faster process, but I am still waiting.
