E-filed on feb. 2nd and still havent received my refund.whats the hold up?

It says they dont have any info on wheres my refund and irs2go but I called irs and they have received it but said they have no info about its processing status ,so wtf?
My friend filed b4 me and already received his and I got direct deposit,does it normally take this long?

    I used turbo tax and was accepted on Feb 2. Two days after the 72 hours, I checked with wmr and it gave me no information. The following Wednesday, it updated my information and gave me a DD of Feb 21. The next day, I checked again and it gave me different DD of Feb 14. Wmr then went crazy on me and stated I entered wrong information. With all the changes with wmr, I called the refund line and it confirmed a DD of Feb 14. Called bank and no pending transaction.

    Did more research. Instead of entering my husband’s information, I used mine. Wmr gave me a DD of Feb 21.

    As of last night, Wednesday, Feb 15, it still gave me no exact date but just a general DD. I checked wmr today, Thursday, Feb 16, and it updated my information. It gave me an exact DD of Feb. 21.

    FYI: I noticed that once you are given an exact date, it should appear right under the refund amount on the left hand side.

    I am hoping to get my refund between now and the 21st. Good luck to us all. Check your wmr for any changes in your status.

    I filed on February 2nd and its now February 23rd. Still nothing from wmr website and yes it was accepted on the 2nd. Nothing pending in my bank account either. My refund is under a grand and my friend has kids so her refund was alot more. She filed a week after me around the 9th and already got hers last week! What the heck! The IRS needs to get it together because I needed that money yesterday! They need to be more courtious when you call to. They are rude and keep blaming tax payers when its their fault. They messed up and are not taking ownership. If any irs agent applies at my hotel, I’ll laugh and say, ‘I don’t think its a good idea”.

    Does this message on “Where’s My Refund” mean I didn’t file correctly or I did??
    (If you file a complete and accurate tax return, your refund will be issued:
    * within six weeks of the received date.)
    I am so confused because it is not clear that my taxes were accepted and it has been 6 weeks since I filed Feb 1st. I received Cal refund, just have no clue about Federal. IRS will not answer calls or clarify this message. Please help….
