Depreciation expenses on a worksheet?

I know how to do a worksheet but the adjustments get me everytime!
Supplies on hand total $ 450.
Depreciation is $ 925 per quarter.
Interest accrued on 6-month note payable, issued January 1, $ 400.
Insurance expires at the rate of $ 300 per month.
Services provided but unbilled at March 31 total $ 548.
