CA resident but received unemployment from MD, have to file MD state tax return?

Asked by: 71 views Tax Discussion

If I am a CA resident but the company that I work for is stationed out in MD, but they send me all around the country to do work. I filed for unemployment so MD sent me a 1099. Do I just file taxes for CA or do I have to file for CA and MD as a nonresident?

How others found here:
